Who are the best builders in Bognor/Chichester area?

I question I think has been asked more than once! Before we go any further let's first establish what does 'the best' mean, because it can be subjective. For some people it may come down to size and complexity of the projects they can undertake, in case you're looking for someone capable of building a home worthy of being on Grand Designs. For other it could be someone capable of tackling projects quickly, I am talking about a larger company that has enough staff so a team could be allocated to you relatively soon. With small companies sometimes you have to wait for month! And of course there are people for whom cost could be the biggest factor in judging a builder. I think it's a combination of all of those things, in a way of course. You can't have big firm that does high end finish at a cheap price, but I think you get my point. I am about to talk about several construction businesses that I believe are the best in our area. But this is more or less my personal opinion, I mean it is based on reviews, social media posts, projects I've seen myself, personal relationships, and of course being in the trade myself, so I hear things. Gone are the days of CheckaTrade dominating the market, 10/15 years ago that would have been the best place to find reputable tradesmen and companies, but nowadays some of the best firms would rather not be on the platform, for reasons I'd rather not discuss here, you can Google that yourself if you want. All that being said let me give a final disclaimer and I'll get to the point. I have no horse in the game! Some of those companies I know personally some I don't, and as of the time of writing this I have no working relationship with either of them. I am writing this because this is my genuine opinion on the matter!
King &Drury
I've seen several of their finished projects in person (mostly driving by) and I've always been impressed by the level of detail. Often I would drive the Royal Hotel in Bognor which is a conversion they carried out several years ago. Also I checked they have rating of 4.6 stars on google.
The Martin Sewell Building Company
I've never worked with them, but I have been on jobs after them. Several times! The most notable of which was the old police station in Petworth they converted into a home. I was there to fix a hole caused by the plumbers but that gave me a chance to have a look around, and I thought the project and execution were very nice! Rated 4.8 stars on Google
Dowling Construction
We follow each other on Instagram, and I get to see the level of detail in their work. I know you may think, how can I judge it solely based on pictures! I'd like to think that after being in the business for 12 years myself, I can make a distinction between someone who builds extensions and someone who creates homes.
Masters Bricklaying & Stonemasonry
Well, this is my friend Carl, but even though he's my friend I've only worked with him once. I just don't get involved in that kind of work a lot. What's interesting in him, at least in my opinion is that he is a 6th or 7th generation bricklayer! I knew his dad and grandad were also bricklayers but I was surprised when I found out about his lineage. Turns out his ancestors have built a big chunk from what you see in Bognor today! Rated 5 stars on My Builder
